1. No Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, all sales are final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded for any reason, except as provided under the “Damaged or Defective Products” section below.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
While we strive to ensure that all products are of the highest quality and are securely packaged for shipment, we recognize that, on rare occasions, damages can occur during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow the procedure below:
2.1 Conditions for Refund or Replacement:
- The product must have arrived damaged or defective due to shipping or manufacturing issues.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to report the issue.
2.2 How to Initiate a Claim for Damaged or Defective Products:

3. Order Cancellations
If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, your order will be processed, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
